All of my class (except Fridays at 4:30) are taught HYBRID in person in the studio as well as VIRTUAL on Zoom. Feel free to continue your practice from anywhere.

Private Sessions

I have taught private sessions for over 15 years.

They offer an opportunity to tailor a practice that serves you in the comfort of your own home or in the studio with no distractions. Email me for more details, availability, and pricing.
