Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)
Yoga and dreaming both invite us to expand beyond the limits we place on ourselves. Dreams allow us to explore without boundaries, while yoga encourages us to release restrictions in both body and mind. Through movement, breath, and stillness, we create space for new possibilities to emerge. The practice reminds us that we are not defined by doubt or fear but are constantly evolving, growing, and capable of more than we realize.
When we embrace yoga with an open heart, we also cultivate the courage to dream freely. By quieting the mind and connecting with the breath, we step into a space where potential feels limitless. Poses that once seemed out of reach become accessible, just as aspirations that once felt distant begin to take shape. Yoga is not about achieving perfection—it is about exploration, trust, and allowing ourselves to dream without hesitation.
Savasana is an invitation to let the mind wander freely, allowing dreams and inspirations to surface without resistance. In this space of stillness, we release limitations and open ourselves to new possibilities. I am deeply grateful for this practice and the doors it continues to open.
